CONFERENCE RESULT
The conference Telecom Expense Management (TEM) on the 17th of March at World Trade Centre Amsterdam was a huge success. The number of attendees has increased with over 20%. All business partners were very content with the attendance and quality of the program and the conference participants.

STATEMENT
The conference statement of TEM 2010: "Well trained staff is key for the best TEM process irrespective whether it is in-company or outsourced". It can be concluded that both attendees and business partners agreed to that statement. As concrete follow-up the intention exists to establish a Telecom Expense Management Academy together with a number of involved TEM organisations.

NEXT EDITION
In 2011 the TEM conference will be held on March 17 in the World Trade Centre Amsterdam. All information (presentations, documentation, etc) will be in English.
